LIPS PRESSED TO MY NECK

it's 12am and I'm not very tired, today consisted of movie night! I watched 12 years a slave and wow... That movie touched me so good. It was so sad and it really got to me. I don't know how people could harm others and feel no shame, it's terrible. I definitely recommend you all to watch it! 

school was great and exciting. I had quite some energy today. I've been in a good mood lately and I hope it keeps on going!

anyways, those pictures were taken yesterday, you could see why I didn't have time to write much on my blog yesterday! I had a lovely time with my boyfriend. we listened to music and cuddled, best combination ever! It's very relaxing and memorable. I love spending time with him, it's always peaceful, exciting, and heart warming. I catch myself smiling everytime I'm with him. 

PRESERVATION BEAUTY

I had an astonishing day today! I've been so busy I haven't been on my phone all day. I'm going to sleep and will post some pictures from today tomorrow!  

in the mean time I thought I'd share a picture with you people of flowers that I had preserved. I has blogged about it the other day so I thought I'd post a picture.

ADVENTURE OF THE DAY

speaking of flowers... today I had honors class (from 7:45 to 9:00) and school starts at nine so on Wednesdays I have to go in early. Today he let us out from class early so me and my boyfriend decided to go to Denny's, which is at the corner of the street from my school. We came across some tiny cute flowers but I can't remember what they're named. They're very common and everyone's most likely seen them. My boyfriend grabbed one and said it was a bouquet of flowers for me. hahaha! It wasn't actually a bouquet, they just grow all together from one stem and if you think about it... It kind of actually does like a tiny bouquet.

we got to Denny's and ended up being late to school because they took forever to bring our food. This isn't the first time this happens. Even if you order it to go they take like twenty minutes!

FLATTERED

since I posted about the tulips life cycle picture I thought to myself, "might as well add other pictures of flowers I've taken while I'm at it!" It'll give me something to talk about.

this picture is of some flowers my boyfriend bought me for no apparent reason at all a few months ago. (blushing!)

after they died, I put them in a little jar and ever since then, I've kept it on my night stand. I believe flowers are most beautiful when they are dead. I just find them really beautiful. Don't get me wrong, they're amazing alive but there's just something about how they look when they die that I absolutely love. The color and the texture of them become more in depth.

A FLOWERS LIFE CYCLE

so my boyfriend gave me a bundle of tulips for Valentine's Day. After I got them, I thought I'd take a picture every other day to see the progress of its life. 

i love flowers in any form, shape, and color. (especially dead ones) But out of all flowers, I think roses are the boring-est. They're too common, plain, and there's nothing really special about them since everybody buys them. I think people should expand their knowledge of flowers and discover the many others that most people don't even bother to look at or to buy! 

SIMPLE SUNDAY

it's Sunday (sigh) ...you know what that means! Tomorrow is in fact, Monday. It's been cold and gloomy but, the rain has calmed down and it's been sprinkling. It's a wonderful excuse for overly sized jackets, beanies, and boots! Having an excuse to wear layers of clothes feels great. I love wearing this jacket when it rains because it's so comfortable. Anywho, I went out for breakfast this morning and now I'm at a birthday get together. The best part of it all is the dessert! I had a rather embarrassing moment when I dropped my slice of cheese cake on the floor. I can be pretty clumsy at times. I need to go home and check if I have any homework to procrastinate on tonight. There's been a couple of times where I've had to stay home on a school day because I didn't finish my homework and I didn't want to show up without it. Yet, I still haven't learned my lesson to work on my homework ahead of time! I'm in the mood to get lots of sleep tonight, so I plan on trying to finish my homework earlier than usual.

The Oscars are on and I don't wanna miss it, until tomorrow!

ABOUT ME

I just got out of school. You're probably thinking, "wait, but it's Saturday?" Yeah I know, I just had to finish up a project due Monday. I was walking around campus and came across these lovely plants. I've been trying to buy air plants but I haven't found any places near me that sell them. I'm on my way to Ontario to shop and there's nothing better than blogging during a semi-long car ride. I thought it would be nice to give you some facts about myself. 

1. I live in LA. 

2. I love the rain. 

3. My birthday is April 30th and I will be turning 16! 

4. My favorite color is a pastel shade of teal.

5. I love the stars and the moon, I wish I didn't live in a city with so many lights that you can't even see the stars at night.

6. I'm short. 4'10" to be exact. I wish I could grow at least 2 more inches. That would be wonderful. 

7. I'm a bubbly person. 

8. My favorite artist is Lorde. I dislike music they play on the radio now a days but Lorde really caught my attention.  I guess you can say I have a weird, not creepy obsession over her. 

9. My favorite fruit is mango. 

10. I love onions. I can eat half an onion like nothing. They're so delicious. 

11. I love to write. Which goes into my next fact.  

12. When I'm older I either want to write a book or become a psychologist.

13. I love to help others and give them advice.

14. There's not one day where anyone will ever see me without my nails painted. I paint them every week, I can't stand not having my nails painted. I have about 50 different nail polishes at home yet I find the need for more. My boyfriends parents bought me a gel kit for Christmas and I've realized I prefer gel but I still use nail polish sometimes. 

15. I love camping, I've gone twice and wish I could do it more often. It's so adventurous and breath taking.
